TERMS & CONDITIONS *

Your booking(s) are secure once payment has been made. It is advisable that if you want to book various dates as a casual stall holder then full payment for your requested dates will ensure that your place is protected. Payment must be made within 14 days of being invoiced. Failure to do so will result in your site booking(s) being cancelled. This winter we have implemented a compulsory $5 per market insurance policy should there be any markets CANCELLED due to adverse weather. This means that at the end of the season any weather related CANCELLED markets that you had booked & payed a site fee for will be refunded. Please note that this policy won’t apply to postponed markets that you can’t attend.
